At all times Hillgrove Babydoll Stud reserves the right to withdraw Babydolls for sale.

 

Deposits are required to place Babydoll sheep on hold.  This is usually 20% of the purchase price and is non-refundable.

​

All our Babydoll sheep, with the exception of wethers, are or will be registered online with the Australian Stud Sheep Breeders Association (ASSBA) by Hillgrove Stud once full payment has been received and the Babydoll sheep have left our property.  Hillgrove Babydolls, with the exception of Babydoll wethers, will not be sold unless registered with ASSBA.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to organise and pay for transport.  Hillgrove Stud can possibly assist with transport if within a reasonable distance and if payment is received beforehand.  Hillgrove will not transport sheep unless full payment for transport has been received. 

​

All Babydolls come fully vaccinated for Ovine Johne's Disease and are up-to-date with other vaccinations, including treatment for worms.  However,  it's recommended that on arrival at their new home they be watched carefully for any worm development, including for Barber's Pole worms. All Babydolls have been sprayed with Click Extra for blow-fly strike.

 

Hillgrove is Brucellosis Accredited and is situated within the Southern Riverina Biosecurity area.

All purchasers must have a Property Identification Code (PIC), which must be held by all properties with livestock in Australia.  Hillgrove will ask for your PIC and if you don't yet have one, can assist with links to where you can get your own State PIC number. Hillgrove can't sell any Babydoll sheep if the purchaser does not have a PIC.

​

All Babydoll sheep will come supplied with their full pedigree, a National Sheep Health Declaration, which outlines which vaccinations and drenches they have recently had and a National Vendor Declaration (NVD). Other paper-work needed for individual states will also be included.
